The name ‘Unapologetic Leaders’ was created as a voice. A voice to remind people to stay true to their values and beliefs by being unapologetically themselves. When I was young in my career I didn’t have a mentor or sense of what professionalism looked like and how I fit in. I was sexually assaulted at 25 years old by one of my supervisors and when I asked for help I received zero support from my HR department, my leadership failed me. It wasn’t until my mid-thirties after I owned a successful business, led teams of my own, and had children that I realized the severity of what happened to me in my twenties.  

I am here to tell you to be unapologetically yourself! Whether you believe in God, the Universe, or whatever spirituality that calls to you, I want you to know you were created with intention, purpose, and the skills you need to succeed.
